Why is my lesson video not playing?
Please follow the below-troubleshooting steps if you are facing any issues in playing the videos:
- Please use Google Chrome/Firefox browser with flash player installed and check.
- To ensure you have no issues, please clear your cookies and cache in your browser.
- Change your web browser language to "English".
- Failing at a different device will do it.
