How can I add a family member to my account?

We regret to inform you that the family membership feature that was previously available on the Shaw Academy platform as "add/gift membership" option has been discontinued since June 2021, prior to the transition to the Upskillist platform. We understand that this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
 
We want to assure you, however, that all students who had previously registered family or friends under their membership will be able to retain their individual accounts and benefits when they migrate to the Upskillist platform. This means that you and your previously registered family members or friends can continue to access the platform's features, resources, and courses. Please note that it is no longer possible to add new members to an existing membership.
 
While the family membership option is no longer available for new registrations on Upskillist, we appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to make improvements to the learning experience for all our users.
